February 27, 2021You are very welcome to book an exploration session, to meet me and find out more about the Sedona Method. After that, I ask for a commitment of three or five sessions. I do not offer single sessions.
Keep in mind that the Sedona Method is a technique you can learn, so you can benefit from the sessions in between appointments and long after we have completed all our work together. There are many resources available to support you in continuing with the Sedona Method.
See the Further reading page for more information.
You can also come to my free weekly support calls to reconnect with the Method. See Free! Releasing partnerships and support calls for how to join the calls.
Exploration Session (free)
There is no charge for this. Let’s have a no obligation chat and see if the Sedona Method is a good fit for you. You don’t need to prepare anything or have a specific issue to deal with, as we will work with whatever is here and now.

Let Go … Sedona Method Facilitation
We will meet on Zoom or Skype for 50 minutes to work on whatever you’d like to feel freer about. This might be a specific situation you are facing at home or at work, a difficult relationship, or a long-term pattern that feels a little stuck. If you’d rather not share details of the topic you’re working with, that is also OK and we will work with the feelings and concepts triggered by it.
You don‘t even have to have a specific issue to work on when you come to the session – just make sure you are in a comfortable, quiet place so that you can relax and enjoy letting go.
Facilitation packages
You can book packages of three or five sessions. When you choose this option, you can book the first session. All sessions are paid for in advance.

Accountability coaching
The Sedona Method is the technique for this type of coaching.
It really helps to keep you on track and it’s a lifeline when you have an important project you need to complete, are going through a stressful period in your life or you are a home worker looking for some extra support.
We meet regularly – can be daily, weekly or anything in between — by phone or video and we agree a task for the day(s) ahead and review progress over the previous day(s). We use the Sedona Method to work on any issues that have come up or to prepare for the coming days. This kind of ongoing support has completely transformed my own ability to get stuff done, so I am especially enthusiastic about this approach.
